I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Best Western Plus. It made it easy for me to explore the city and visit popular tourist attractions. Plus, the hotel provided converters in the rooms, which was a nice touch for international travelers like myself. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I found my stay to be enjoyable and would recommend this hotel to others. I had a positive experience at Best Western Plus.

Correct breakfast with part continental breakfast and part Chinese food. The staff are very friendly and speak fluent English. 20min walk from the Avenue of the Stars and 15min from the subway and plenty of restaurants nearby . The airport express bus stops very close by, ideal if you have heavy luggage.
room was quite small and with very few lights. super-minuscule bathroom. In the pictures it looked like something else. Although the reception and restaurant are fine. rooms are very old and totally out of date, There were only 2 sockets. were badly placed (under a table and in a corner) and were not adaptable (in the rest of China all sockets were universal). For some reason, restaurant wasn't open for lunch and dinner (we got caught up in a couple of rainy days when we wanted to eat there to stay in and it wasn't possible).

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpful staff. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect. It was near popular shopping areas and restaurants, and it was easy to get around to all areas in this city.
Nothing.

This place is within walking distance of Victoria Harbour, which was our main destination. We really enjoyed the food and the convenient location of the hotel. There's a charming cafe called Charlie Brown just a 500-meter walk from here, where you can grab some coffee and delicious treats.

Nothing was considered good at this hotel. The 16th floor bedroom was dank, dark & smelled & looked dirty. The curtains & windows were dirty & the room had a terrible odor. The Hotel staff were surly & did not have good manners in handling my complaints.Maybe because of booking at Booking . com they gave us the worst room in the Hotel. we previously stayed at The Salisbury , YMCA, & we were delighted.

Don't like it at all.
Wanted double bed, given twin. Bath tub are blocked. Heater are spoiled. At night, weird noises non stop. Can hear what the next room's guess talking.

The hotel had a great location, being very close to the MTR station and bus stops. It was also conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel provided easy access to popular tourist spots, as seen on Google Maps.
The rooms were small and outdated, with old furnishings and a lack of modern amenities.
